Healthy Connections is seeking an LPN to join our team at our Hot Springs Village<\/strong> clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care, supporting our providers, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience for our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Assist providers in delivering primary and specialized healthcare<\/strong> services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide direct patient care<\/strong>, including patient education, medication administration, and care coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms<\/strong> to ensure smooth patient flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Serve as a liaison<\/strong> between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate specialty services, pharmacy benefits, behavioral health referrals, and other necessary resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date<\/strong> patient records, including documentation of medical history, vital signs, and treatment plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promote a safe and clean<\/strong> clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    What You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Active certification<\/strong> as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)<\/strong> certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task<\/strong> in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/strong> and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal<\/strong> skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Willingness to travel<\/strong> to other locations for training and meetings as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
