About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Primary Care\/Family Practice Physician to join our team in Mena, Arkansas. This role involves delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position offering a four-day workweek and no on-call or weekend responsibilities, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance while making a significant impact on the community.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up.<\/li>\n
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.<\/li>\n
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and health maintenance.<\/li>\n
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n
    • Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.<\/li>\n
    • Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Arkansas.<\/li>\n
    • DEA certification.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS certification within nine months of employment.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with electronic health records and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
