This role involves delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position offering a four-day workweek and no on-call or weekend responsibilities, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance while making a significant impact on the community.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.<\/li>\n<li>Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and health maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.<\/li>\n<li>Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Arkansas.<\/li>\n<li>DEA certification.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS certification within nine months of employment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with electronic health records and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Four-day workweek with daytime shifts only.
