Healthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a Grants Financial Analyst<\/strong> to join our Grants Team. This role is vital in managing grant financials, ensuring compliance, and providing critical support for the financial reporting and analysis of multiple grants.<\/p>\n

Healthy Connections is a nonprofit, Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC)<\/strong> providing comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services<\/strong> to communities throughout Arkansas. How You\u2019ll Contribute<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Grants Financial Analyst<\/strong> will work closely with the Grants Team, Program Managers, and Finance Department to oversee the financial aspects of federal, state, and private grants<\/strong>. Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Post-award grant management<\/strong>: Budget analysis, expense tracking, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing financial statements for multiple grants<\/strong>, potentially managing up to 100 grants at once.<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring compliance with grant requirements<\/strong>, donor regulations, and internal policies.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting in cash flow forecasting<\/strong> and budgeting for grant programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Reviewing and coding invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing and distributing monthly financial reports<\/strong>, including expense tracking and variance analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinating journal entries and reconciliations<\/strong> with the Finance Team.<\/li>\n
  • Manipulating financial software programs to streamline budget and financial reporting processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Providing technical and analytical support<\/strong> for annual operating budgets and grant-related financial planning.<\/li>\n
  • Working closely with auditors and program staff<\/strong> to ensure financial transparency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting required<\/strong> (nonprofit accounting experience preferred).<\/li>\n
      • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in nonprofit accounting or grant management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of grant accounting, compliance, and reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to communicate financial information effectively<\/strong> to financial and non-financial audiences.<\/li>\n
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in preparing financial statements and assisting with audits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
