Healthy Connections is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who will serve as the face of our clinics and a vital part of our patients\u2019 experience from the moment they walk through the door.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1511\">As a Patient Care Coordinator, you\u2019ll do more than manage appointments\u2014you\u2019ll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for our patients and their families. You\u2019ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating electronic health records, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. You\u2019ll work closely with a team of providers, nurses, and other coordinators to ensure each patient has a smooth and welcoming experience. Most days are fast-paced with a steady flow of patients, making teamwork and communication essential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1956\">Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Whether you\u2019re new to healthcare or bringing experience from another customer-facing role, you\u2019ll be supported every step of the way as you learn our systems and procedures.
