Meet the Role

As the Business Communications and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force helping us tell the Healthy Connections story across Arkansas. What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative and general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

What You Bring

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.

How you’ll contribute

The Dental Patient Care Coordinator works as part of the dental office team performing those clerical duties necessary to prepare patients for a visit, arrange for payment, and to make reappointments when necessary. How you’ll contribute

The Clinic Support Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for assisting with the implementation and project management of the EMR & EDR software. This role assists with training and is the coordinator of new and current staff.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the management of, and training on, the EMR/EDR system.
  • Developing and coordinating training seminars on EMR/EDR system.
  • Troubleshooting software based problems and communicating resolutions to all appropriate staff.
  • Submitting all issues to EMR vendor that are not resolved in house.
  • Collecting and recording data accurately.
  • Developing and managing the plan for implementation of the EMR/EDR system updates.
  • Identifying staff needs and customizing EMR/EDR system to meet those needs.
  • Serving as 340B Program Coordinator

Qualifications for this job

  • Demonstrates knowledge of, and skilled proficiency in a wide variety of project management tools.
  • Works flexible or extended hours where necessary and approved by supervisor.
  • Proven experience in project development.
  • Some exposure to, and familiarity with, medical terminology.
  • Some exposure to, and familiarity with, IT and networking technology and terminology is preferred

Healthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a Grants Financial Analyst to join our Grants Team. This role is vital in managing grant financials, ensuring compliance, and providing critical support for the financial reporting and analysis of multiple grants.

How You’ll Contribute

The Grants Financial Analyst will work closely with the Grants Team, Program Managers, and Finance Department to oversee the financial aspects of federal, state, and private grants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Post-award grant management: Budget analysis, expense tracking, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Preparing financial statements for multiple grants, potentially managing up to 100 grants at once.
  • Ensuring compliance with grant requirements, donor regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assisting in cash flow forecasting and budgeting for grant programs.
  • Reviewing and coding invoices to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly financial reports, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
  • Coordinating journal entries and reconciliations with the Finance Team.

  • Providing technical and analytical support for annual operating budgets and grant-related financial planning.
