Meet the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) at Healthy Connections, you will deliver primary care that focuses on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management across the lifespan. You’ll diagnose, treat, educate, and advocate—bringing your full clinical skills and compassion to every patient encounter.

You’ll be part of a collaborative care team where your input matters and your growth is supported. You’ll also enjoy a consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week), typically operating on a four-day workweek that prioritizes your work-life balance.


Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical, social, and family histories
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments based on patient needs

As a Dental Hygienist with Healthy Connections, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients’ oral and overall health. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-focused preventive and therapeutic dental services while collaborating closely with our dental providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care across all services.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform patient assessments, including medical history reviews, dental and perio charting, and vital signs.
  • Deliver a full range of hygiene care, including cleanings, polishing, X-rays, local anesthesia, sealants, fluoride, and DSRP as appropriate.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with dentists and support team members to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with Arkansas Dental Practice Act standards.

We’re seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help us maintain clean, safe, and fully operational clinics that support our mission of delivering excellent care to the communities we serve.

In this essential role, you’ll be more than a “fix-it” person—you’ll be a key part of ensuring our patients and staff have the safe, well-functioning environment they deserve. From small repairs to facility-wide maintenance, you’ll travel between locations in Western and Central Arkansas, solving problems, building things, and making a real impact every day.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative and general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

  • Travel to various Healthy Connections clinics to inspect, repair, and maintain facility operations.

  • Build and install furniture, shelving, partitions, or fixtures as requested.

  • Support custodial needs as required—floor care, disinfecting, trash removal, etc.

  • Identify facility safety or equipment issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently.

  • Maintain tools and inventory; track work completed through basic documentation.

  • Collaborate with clinic management to meet daily facility needs and maintenance schedules.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, general repair, or a skilled trade.

  • Proficiency in using basic tools and completing tasks involving HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between sites.
