At Healthy Connections’ Little Rock Midtown Clinic, she offers primary care for all ages, along with specialized services such as HIV care, PrEP, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction, and weight management support.

Dr. Tilley is passionate about treating the whole person, helping patients make informed decisions about their well-being. “Many people only see a doctor when they’re sick, but I encourage my patients to come in when they’re well—so we can focus on prevention and long-term health,” she says. She is currently accepting new patients and offers walk-in and same-day appointments for added convenience.

Originally from Janesville, Iowa, Jane enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband of 24 years, their four children, and their chocolate Labrador. Taylor Goodwin, LCSW, is a Behavioral Health Therapist at Evolve Behavioral Health Services, part of the Healthy Connections Community Health Network. Based at the Mena clinic, Taylor brings more than six years of professional experience in trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and family support. She specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and the complexities of divorce and co-parenting. Taylor is certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which she uses to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for her patients.

A native of Mena, Taylor’s personal journey inspires her professional work.
